Your Lola experience
Care that begins with listening.
From your first conversation to ongoing care, here is what working with Lola actually looks like.
Start your treatmentA clinician decides, not a questionnaire.
No online quiz can examine you. A licensed provider reviews your situation before anything is prescribed.
You are never rushed.
The consultation is free and there is no obligation. You decide when and whether to move forward.
Privacy is built in.
Your health information is shared only with the clinical team reviewing your care.
No guarantees, honestly framed.
Every treatment carries considerations your provider will explain. We do not promise outcomes.
The journey
Six stages, at your pace.
You reach out.
The journey starts with a conversation, not a checkout page.
When you request a consultation, a member of our care team follows up to learn what brought you here. There is no obligation at this stage, and no commitment to treatment.
This first conversation is yours to shape. Some women arrive with a specific concern. Others simply know something feels off and want to talk it through with someone who will listen.
- Free consultation
- No commitment required
- You set the pace
We learn your story.
Your provider needs the full picture before anything else happens.
You will share your health history, current medications, symptoms, and goals. Depending on your situation, labs may be part of this step so your provider is working from real information, not guesswork.
Your information goes only to the clinical team reviewing your care. It is not used for anything else.
- Health history review
- Labs when appropriate
- Private and secure
You meet your provider.
A licensed clinician reviews your situation and talks it through with you.
By telehealth, you meet the provider who will oversee your care. They review your history and any lab results, discuss what may be contributing to what you are noticing, and explain the options that could fit.
Nothing is prescribed at this stage without a conversation. If treatment is appropriate, your provider will explain the reasoning, the safety information, and the alternatives. If treatment is not appropriate, they will tell you that plainly.
- Telehealth visit
- Shared decision making
- A prescription only when appropriate
Your plan, in your hands.
If a treatment plan is agreed on, it arrives with clear guidance.
Medication is prescribed by your provider and delivered discreetly to your door, with dosing guidance and safety information included. You will know how to take it, what to watch for, and who to contact.
Your plan is written for you. It reflects your history, your labs, and the goals you discussed, not a template.
- Delivered to your door
- Clear instructions included
- Safety information first
We stay in the loop.
Treatment is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.
Your provider and care team follow your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan when your body or your goals change. Check ins are part of the plan, not an upsell.
If something does not feel right, you reach your care team. If something goes well, we want to hear that too.
- Regular check ins
- Plan adjustments as needed
- A team that knows your history
Care that moves with you.
Your goals change. Your care should change with them.
Women come to Lola at different life stages, and the same woman may need different care over time. Weight, sexual wellness, hair, and longevity are treated as connected parts of one picture, not separate products.
Your provider can help you look across the full range of care as your priorities shift.
- Four pillars of care
- One provider relationship
- Care at every stage
